Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase must be provided with the return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Securely package the item, including all original packaging and materials.
• Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
• Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.

Exchanges
